How do payments and approvals work in Belcoba?

  1. Initiation – users create payment requests (single, bulk, or scheduled).
  2. Routing – payments can go through Belema’s Switch for interbank settlement.
  3. Approval – each payment type follows its configured approval workflow (multi-level, amount-based, or departmental).
  4. Execution – once approved, Belocba automatically processes and settles the payment.
  5. Monitoring – track every transaction and its approval history from the dashboard.

This ensures full control, transparency, and compliance over all financial operations.
